DEVA

Here is a new style of pen I started making for the ladies. Its called the DEVA and made from some of the prettiest Acrylic blanks I could find. The are not to hard to turn on my lathe and the finish comes out just fantastic. I ordered five new pens plus the three I have here so if you would like one they will be $25. plus $3. for shipping. I will post more of them as I get the new colored blanks in. Contact me at  robertblosl@yahoo.com and I can get you one out in a couple of days.

The above pens are wood from Bethlehem as you can see the block in the middle of the set of pens.   The blocks and the pens are more expensive and will cost about $35. per pen plus $3. for shipping. The are called Bethlehem Olivewood Pen Blanks Selected for tier fabulous grain and figure. Harvested from Olivewood trees from the ancient city of bethlehem.
The pens include a certicicate  of authenticity for each pen that is shiped from our craft room. Many religious historical and artistic articles are made form this beautiful wood. Contact me at  robertblosl@yahoo.com and I will get you one out to you in a couple of days.

This is my first Acriclic Pen that I made it turned out great. It is for sale for $25. plus $3. for shiping. You can send me a email message at    robertblosl@yahoo.com and we can send one out to you.

This was the first pen turned by Kelly and I and we took a picture of it. I made two with the help of Kelly and then on the third pen I made my first one by myself. Since then I have made about twenty pens and moved onto a Acrylic type pen which are very pretty and have just ordered a large lot of pens and acrylic blocks for the ladies style pens. This pen just like my first one is for sale at $25. plus $3. for shipping. Send me a email at
robertblosl@yahoo.com and I will get it out to you.

Now the block of wood is onto the lathe and ready to turn to make into a nice professional custom made Ink Pen.

Here is the first block set on the lathe getting ready to grind it down with a special chisel.

Here we are getting ready to place the block of our first pen into the mandrel and hook it on the lathe. The first step cutting the block to the correct length, drilling it out and placing the metal sleeve into the block takes about 15 minutes.

This is my son Kelly and I drilling out our first wood blank during the Thanksgiving week this year. The Red lathe is the lathe I ordered to make our Custom Pens her in Silverhill. On the window is the packs of wood blocks we ordered to get me started out.
